Return & Refund Policy
At Icon Computers, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re committed to providing a fair, transparent, and hassle-free return and refund process.
Reason Codes, Warranties & Exchanges:
In case the product received by you stands defective (Reason Code A) or damaged in transit (Reason Code B) or is not functioning the way it is intended to operate (Reason Code C), we offer an exchange of the product ordered. This is a part of our standard warranty offered.
Customer Requirements (What Customer has to do):
An intimation on our registered e-mail ID (contact@iconcomputers.in) of the goods being defective or damaged in transit is supported by images within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Circumstances & Time Frame for Returns Policy:
The reason codes A, B, and C are the circumstances under which a return request shall be entertained.
In case the product that ought to be replaced is not in stock, you shall be provided with a similar product of an equivalent brand or make.
The new product shall be shipped within 2 days (Handling Time) on receipt of goods at our storage facility in the same condition as was delivered to you.
When should a customer expect a Refund:
Subject to the above-mentioned points in our Return policy, if you insist on not switching to another brand, your money gets refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods at our storage facility in the same condition as was delivered to you.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. Please note that payment gateway fees and processing charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
After Dispatch:
If you choose to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping costs along with payment gateway fees.
