Return Policy

At Icon Computers, we strive to provide our valued customers with high-quality computer hardware and accessories.

Reason Codes, Warranties & Exchanges:
In case the product received by you stands defective (Reason Code A) or damaged in transit (Reason Code B) or is not functioning the way it is intended to operate (Reason Code C), we offer an exchange of the product ordered. This is a part of our standard warranty offered.

Customer Requirements (What Customer has to do):

An intimation on our registered e-mail ID ( of the goods being defective or damaged in transit is supported by images within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Circumstances & Time Frame for Returns Policy:
The reason codes A, B, and C are the circumstances under which a return request shall be entertained.
In case the product that ought to be replaced is not in stock, you shall be provided with a similar product of an equivalent brand or make.
The new product shall be shipped within 2 days (Handling Time) on receipt of goods at our storage facility in the same condition as was delivered to you.
When should a customer expect a Refund:
Subject to the above-mentioned points in our Return policy, if you insist on not switching to another brand, your money gets refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods at our storage facility in the same condition as was delivered to you.


Any cancellations may be done up to the time of dispatch of the order or 24 hours after the order placing, whichever is earlier.
Please note that the advance amount received by us shall be refunded in case of Cancellation is in line with the above clause.
